How Do Telehealth Exams Work?

Once you schedule your Telehealth exam, our team will send you an email with your meeting link. Please follow the steps below to join your virtual appointment

  • Receive the link: Your provider will send you a meeting link via email or text message.
  • Join Early: Please join at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to ensure a smooth connection.
  1. Access the link: Click on the link provided to open your provider’s Doxy.me room in your web browser. 
  2. Check in: Enter your name to register your presence in the virtual waiting room. 
  3. Enable camera and microphone: If prompted, allow your browser to access your camera and microphone. 
  4. Wait for your provider: Once checked in, you will be placed in the virtual waiting room until your provider starts the call. 
  1. No app download needed: You can access Doxy.me directly through your web browser on a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

  2. Check your connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting the call.
